Dan Sardinas, Pastor

Dan Sardinas became our Senior Pastor in May 2013. Dan has served in pastoral ministry for 22+ years as senior pastor, youth pastor and as church planter in Pennsylvania and Florida.

Dan is an avid lover of technology - specifically anything related to Apple. He loves sports (NY Yankees, NJ Devils, NY Giants, NY Knicks), Star Wars, photography, and coffee.

Dan has also written several books to take Northwest Baptist Church deeper into the Word.

Jimmie Vann,
Music Director

Jimmie Vann began serving Northwest Baptist Church in 2011. He previously served as Minister thru Music and Youth Pastor at Baptist Churches in Tampa, and served as Minister thru Music at First Baptist Church, Bradenton, FL for 31 years.

Jimmie enjoys a life-long passion for all kinds of music and drama. He and his wife, Brenda, have been active and church and Bay Area music, drama and production for 35 years.

Debbie Perry, Administrative Assistant

Debbie joined the Northwest Baptist team in July 2022. She and her husband Dave have been attending Northwest Baptist since 2015. Debbie also serves as Treasurer, and is a choir member.

Debbie has a enjoyed a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant and also holds a license in Massage Therapy. Originally from Long Island, New York, Debbie has been in Bradenton most of her life. She and Dave have one daughter, Samantha. Debbie and Dave enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains.
